Mr Johnny Garza and his team have been our realtor for the past 4 years. He helped us closing a house in Beechwood in year 2022, Vista Mesa in 2024, and this time in La Pinta Maria Dr in 2026. Johnny has been a great guy, friendly, extremely responsive and knowledgeable, very strong negotiator, well experienced, listened very well to client’s needs and requests, always gives us superb advices, keeps us away from stress, gives us update from time to time and you feel you’re not alone to obtain your goals. He will let you save time and money too, we’ve been fully supported despite of our 4-hour driving distance from him, he details and explains what we’ve been looking for so we decide what to do and what not to do, shows us where the much safer locations are. He even handles and takes video during inspection times. He is also surrounded by friends and lots of connections or referrals with contractors, handymen, insurance, locksmiths etc to make it for clients easy to fulfill their goals.
